Albaricoques rellenos de manjar (50 unidades )

Ingredientes

  • 300 gramos o 50 albaricoques secos
  • ½ kilo de manjar blanco
  • 4 tasas de agua
  • 2 tasas de azúcar
  • 50 pirotines

Preparación

Ablandar los albaricoques en almíbar.

Enfriar y abrir.

Rellenar con manjar blanco.

Presentar en pirotines
